Born on November 23, 1992, Mychael Williams entered a world marked by extraordinary challenges. Despite being born without full use of his limbs and with sight limited to one eye, he chose to embrace life's hurdles rather than allowing them to define his journey. Raised amidst adversity due to his parents' struggles with addiction, his maternal grandmother became his guiding light.

Mychael's journey of resilience began at an early age, as he discovered his voice and purpose. Stepping into the realm of preaching and sharing inspirational messages with the world, he embarked on a path that few could fathom, setting out on this unique voyage at the tender age of 7.

Having graduated from the Stamford Public School System, Mychael diligently cultivated knowledge and strength, laying the foundation for an unquenchable thirst for growth. Presently, he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Divinity at Grace College and Seminary, driven by an unwavering desire to combine leadership and empowerment to facilitate transformative change.


Before even reaching the age of 30, Mychael achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming a homeowner, a testament to his determination and unwavering work ethic. Guided by his own experiences and steadfast faith, he has taken on the role of Executive Director of a Non-Profit Organization, passionately dedicated to mentoring young urban males aged 12-18. Believing in their potential to rise above their circumstances, he holds steadfast to the conviction that others can overcome challenges, just as he has.


Mychael's journey of purpose has led him to serve as the Pastor of The IMPACT Church in Bridgeport, CT. With over a decade of dedicated service under the guidance of his spiritual father, Senior Pastor Fred Gee, he has committed himself to fostering spiritual growth and community development. transition planning, Mychael's life's narrative stands as a testament to transformation, faith, and the indomitable power of the human spirit.
